It has been nearly a year since this exchange and while I may not remember the details I do remember the feeling of being scolded by your email with the bold type and I very clearly remember the aggravation of having to modify a product that should have been a "bolt on and go" product. I also remember thinking, why would I want to wait another 16 weeks for something that would still likely have to be modified.
I have long since gotten rid of that muffler and the aggravation that came with it and I will never again spend my money on anything created by Keleo Creations.
