Nice looking plane and good luck with it. If you haven't resolved your cooling issue by I now I would tell you that the pictures you provided show that you don't have nearly enough outflow cooling. I have also used the formula of 3 times more outflow than inflow and it works pretty well. You might have to baffle the cowl to reduce some inflow and open up the bottom to increase the outflow to get your engine cooled down.
