It would depend on the grass. I always fly off concrete so I guess I am not the best source of info. Main tires are good size but the nose tires are not that big

Slow throttle up just didn't work. Tried so finally went with gyro and it was the ticket for sure. I think most guys I talked to with BVM also use gyro
