RE: Capiche 50
I am looking into Mokis... they seem quite popular as an ecomony solution, and we have on in operation here which seems to run quite well.
More new on that in the future. Another economy option I see is the new G23 from ST.
Simon...
It should be possible to hit 9.5lbs !
The one Ali is flying is a couple of years old now, and it has had a few repairs (not so you would notice though). It also has the metal servos etc and Hyde mount which aint light. The flying surface son the new one are lighter too I believe. Anyway this one currently resides at 10.25lbs... at the heavy end as I say.
I believe the EP C140ex is 9.75lbs, fully laiden.
If the cg can be tackled without additional weight then I believe it should be possible to get a FZ110 powered C140ex under 9lbs. Sure it would not be quite the animal it would be with a 140DZ but it would be viable.
