I have built a Zero also but a larger one. If it stays true to all Zero's you'll need extra nose weight for that plane. The DLE muffler will also be a better muffler with an inverted mounted engine. Don't know how big the cowl is but I would look at the NGH 25GT engine. It is just a litter bigger engine and weigh's a little more which would mean less nose weigh needed to balance. Good Luck!
At Agape Racing & Hobby you can get a pitts muffler for the NGH 17GT and the NGH 25GT. That would look awesome on that Zero.
