i think if you asked Weston for a pipe to fit X, they would do it. the West 50 capiche pipe is unique after all. any other engine gets the throttle pipe, West engines like mini pipes.
if theres a failry popular choice for the 140 that needs a pipe, i can see there being one.

isn't there meant to be a large West engine too soon?
