I am going to tell them what is happening to me with the turbines Jetcat a today and in which I am defrauded enough and disappointed by the prestige that I was thinking that I had the brand especially in reliability. First it was my P-20SX, after being in I fly slightly more than three minutes it stopped and with a lot of luck I could land without doing an any scratch to the plane. Not this way the turbine, which dismounted on the back part as vé in the photos that I attach!
Then immediately afterwards my P100RX, after taking off alone when it was taking approximately 15 meters of height stopped of equal way and of miracle I could land breaking the train and with a small blow in the tail and scratches in the plane. The turbine like enclosure in the photos seems to have been destroyed enough after the stop.
Our track is paved as a road, the fuel that I use and that we use all the members of the club is a paraffin for stove that we buy in a mall, the oil of turbine that I use and use in the club that of the brand is BP and also I use the additive of jetcat antistatically. And to alone today have had problems I and another partner with stops of his turbine but without break of a P-140RX, the only ones that we use Jetcat.
To give more information, I will say that the P-20SX only had 5 hours of use and two years of bought new for me with my invoice and the P-100RX 8 hours and little with three years of bought by new me also with my invoice.
The P20SX a few friends of the club who were present at the JetPower 2015 took her in hand to the event and she was gathered and then at par of weeks zero sent me arranged to cost for my happiness. Then I sent the P-100RX in the same box that came from factory to the direction that they gave to me of Germany for e-mail and my surprise was to see the response then at par of weeks.
They ask for 1000 me € for the repair, which they can understand my disappointment but which I have chosen an expensive hobby and which there are people who enclosed has had losses total of planes, which surely there went away a part of the wheel of the compressor and to these revolutions of the engine it caused more hurts!
To part of that the response of which if I have chosen an expensive hobby it looks like to me an inappropriate response, a jeer and I ask myself.
Is it out of the guarantee that a piece deteriorates with 8 hours of use with a correct use? Where they are 25 hours of maintenance?
Certainly I have refused to his repair and have requested that return it to me and a today I continue hoping from December that I come near.
