no suck think as a torque pint either.
either go with a throttle pipe hanging out in the breeze ( like mine ) or with a shorted header lenght you would be able to build a seperate area in the bottom of the fuz to hide the pipe from view.
but for me thats too much work when having the pipe outside is so easy and doesn't look wrong.
