Most batteries with "factory" type charge/balance leads, the balance plug wiring is short. Then you have to disconnect the main battery output to charge them so you have two connections you have to make and that's kind of silly in my estimation as the rx packs are so small. It also allows me to put the rx packs wherever I want and still be able to charge them because you can use up to a single 36" charge lead.

Now mind you; I do NOT do this with LiPo packs but virtually all of my models have two cell A123's for rx packs so removing them from the model to charge isn't necessary.
