Just a quick update. Spoke to a very helpful chap at Futaba support in the Uk. I think I've just been unlucky and had a random glitch and the transmitter has obviously warned me that something had not loaded correctly. The downside is the wiped model memory, but I should have really backed them up (lesson learned there).

If anything else arises I will post back, but I'm pretty confident that I don't have anything to worry about.
