Looks great! There is no lack of carbon in this model. It is a surprisingly big and light (!) model.

I pulled it out tonight to prepare for hopefully the first flying of the season later this week.

I checked my CG and found it was at 385 at the end of last season. I adjusted my two RX packs to the back half of their respective trays and am now at 390 (see pic).

I did a lot of experimentation on aileron differential last season and found that for the previous CG, high aileron was best at 24 mm up, 15 down. I run triple rates on the models and this was for the high rate.

For elevator I run 13 mm high rate up, 10 mm middle rate up, and 7 mm low rate up.

Rudder is max.

Attached is a picture of the alternative struts. They improved ground handling considerably.

As much as a pleasure as the model has been to fly it doesn't land as consistently as the 3.5 Viper or 2.5 Futura. Just seems to float on by. Ive added an airbrake function to test out and if that doesn't cut it may consider increasing flap throws.
