When we designed the sequencer software we were only thinking in "all pneumatic" setups, but after reading your issues we decide to work on the software, we want to make it more versatile to newer systems requirements, we will use the canopy sequencer outputs for does who need them as an option, and we will put delays to each output, among other things
Unfortunately this new software will probably come to late for you but I just want to let you know that we will improve it thanks to your comments
