Not in the sense of goes "bad". If you kept it sealed up well then it should be fine. I have burned 20 year old fuel cans that were well sealed but I did mix it with fresh to insure quality.

Remember that we are dealing with alcohol and nitro, both of which are VERY prone to evaporation. On a gallon of premix, if the ethanol or nitro manages to evaporate off over a period of time then you would, of course, consider that bottle "bad" because the percentage of oil/nitro/ethanol would be changed.
Sometimes this can be seen in a translucent gallon jug as a (unwanted) change in liquid level.

The up-side? The oil doesnt evaporate off, it will still be there so at least you wont HURT your engine.

I have noticed some of my newer gallon jugs that bleed out of their (bottom) seams while I have it stored on the shelf. Very disconcerting.
