While that price certainly grabs ones eye, I'm not sure going from a top brand like Stihl or Echo to a Chinese clone would be a step in the right direction. Then when you deal with coming up with a suitable mounting system, an adapter for the carb and prop, provision for an adjustable ignition sensor, and buy a carb, ignition, and muffler, you're going to have some bucks invested anyway..... in a Chinese engine.
