I totally know the feeling I have RF G2 and I had problems with getting it going.

Check your graphics card accellerator, make sure its at whatever setting it needs to be. Mine was all the way off (slider was to the left, I slid that sucker to the right !) After I did that I had full function of RF G2!!

Try that, alo check knowledge bases for your pc hardware if this dosent solve the problem.
