I am really pissed right now. My real flight g2 lite that just came in the mail today will not work on any of our 3 computers. They all have way above the minimum requirements. The real fight controller will not blink on 1 of the computers it just gets the solid amber light. On another computer EVERy time it says "Plug in the I-Controller its not pluged in" when the controler is pluged in and blinking. And on the last computer I get it to work and there is no picture, u can only here the sound of me crashing because i cannot see to fly. Please help me if you have any idea what may be wrong, i have read all the instructions 10 times and cant figure out what is wrong.

I totally know the feeling I have RF G2 and I had problems with getting it going.
Check your graphics card accellerator, make sure its at whatever setting it needs to be. Mine was all the way off (slider was to the left, I slid that sucker to the right !) After I did that I had full function of RF G2!!
Try that, alo check knowledge bases for your pc hardware if this dosent solve the problem.

go here and see if you find a similar situation. This is where I was saved!
http://support.microsoft.com/default...sd=GN&ln=EN-US
While installing do you have the Interlink controler pluged in? I'm positive that you start installing the software and then when you get to ..."Please plug in the I-Controler and press OK" you plug your interlink controller into the usb port.
In fact thats how I had to install mine you wait for it to ask then plug it in.
Good Luck and let me know!
Don't give up on it Real Flight is awesome I posted about my son's awesome progress because of this program he has only been flying his R/C Raptor 30 for 3 weeks and he is doing Aerobatics allready!!

You suck,
...but it is OK, because so does everyone else when they start
I practiced for two months before my first hover and i still sucked.
It gets easy after a while.

One of the things that confuses beginners is the heli wants to lean to the right a littel, when hovering (the tail rotor tries to push the heli a littel to the left so you have to lean the main rotor a littel to the right to ballance it) make very small smooth corections with the stick.
Annother thing you can do to make it easier is make the heli bigger. edit the heli, and change its name, then change the visual scale. easier to see and makes it seem like it is moving slow.

In one of the drop down boxes you can slow down the heli so its not so twitchy and it gives you time to react. As you get better you can gradually speed it up. I was doing inverted nose in hovers in two weeks, or about 40 hours of play time.

ADAM, sometimes certain models will hover a little better too, try several and try flying the 60 size machines or making the others bigger. It does seem to take a while getting use to only giving small inputs and if you are tired or frustrated, switch to a plane or take a break for a few! some gyro gain settings are way off and the helis dont turn good until you monkey with it. GOOD LUCK
