You can still get the instruction manual directly from SIG - downloadable pdf, free. Go to
http://sigmfg.com/cgi-bin/dpsmart.ex...osF.html?E+Sig, and you'll see a red menu line near the top of the page. Toward the right is one labeled SIG Instruction Manuals. Down toward the bottom is Discontinued Kits - click on that. SIGRC-70 Tristar is toward the bottom. Just download and go.
By the way, there are 2 lines available for download - set-up specs and the instruction manual itself.
