I've had a fascination of the Tri-Star ever since I saw one fly, back in the 1990's, but I've never actually gone and looked for a kit. Definitely, "my bad". She's a fascinating plane.
"...interested in another kit" - really? Which one?
Dave,
I'm interested in a TriStar ... or a Falcon 56.
Yup, when I came back it was suggested that we remove our flight suits ... My suggestion was "Go ---- Yourself" ... I think that we might have been a little insensitive to their feelings. I thought that they were a little insensitive to ours. I make it a point to thank guys of our generation since we didn't hear it much then. I always thank the new guys when I see them ... especially in airports ... I really don't want them to feel as unappreciated as we did.
