I can tell you how my FB one is set up, the model is a bit larger but I'm sure you can adjust for size.
The Cg is 220mm at the root
Flap 45Deg Take off
Flap 80Deg landing
1/2" Crow with landing flap.
Be prepared to need 3/4 throttle for down wind and finals.
