I received a Redcat Volcano EPX Pro and when I turn it on, the ESC blinks green twice causing the truck to twitch twice, then ESC goes to blinking red. Also, after I bind the RX and shut off the ESC, the RX goes back to blinking red. The truck won't move at all and there's no steering.

New to this so wondering if ESC or RX are bad and if so, how to tell which is causing the problem.
