Preparations are well underway for the 2016 Cajun Nats. In true Cajun fashion we will be hosting our 11th Annual Precision Aerobatics Fais-Do-do in Crowley, LA October 15th & 16th. The field opens for practice Thursday Oct 13th, and the fun begins that evening with our annual Jam session and wood fired pizza night. If you play an instrument or sing plan to join in it's all informal, or just enjoy the pizza by the campfire and sing along. Friday is open for practice, with a pilots dinner provided for all register pilots and their family. Followed by a seminar hosted by CK Aero, Brian Hebert and Brett Wickizer, with door prizes and possibly a raffle (more info to come on this) with proceeds and donations going to support their team USA effort for the World Championship. Saturday starts the competition with a pilots meeting at 9:00am sharp, and flying to start immediately after. Saturday evening is the Banquet for all registered pilots and their families, and includes a Cajun band playing Cajun, Zydeco, R&B, jazz, & Blues. Sunday winds up the competition with the trophy presentation in the afternoon. As usual, the Cajun Nats trophies are always unique and this year they fully live up to the reputation. "Come as a guest, but you'll leave as friends and family" Hope to see you'll there.
