Congradulations on your new F-15. For answer your questions:

1. There is no difference between the left and right Elevon.

2. You can find an online menu for the f-15 on the Skymaster website. If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at Airpac Models. We wiil have an American standard version of the menu included with all of our kits. If you are interested in receiving a printable or hard copy of the the menu, we will be happy to send or email one for you.

3. We have placed 2pcs 24oz. smoking oil tanks in our birds. They are located in front of the fuel tanks that are located in the right and left side nitches of the plane. There is one on the right and one on the lefts as with the fuel tanks.
