Congradulations on your new F-15. For answer your questions:
1. There is no difference between the left and right Elevon.
2. You can find an online menu for the f-15 on the Skymaster website. If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at Airpac Models. We wiil have an American standard version of the menu included with all of our kits. If you are interested in receiving a printable or hard copy of the the menu, we will be happy to send or email one for you.
3. We have placed 2pcs 24oz. smoking oil tanks in our birds. They are located in front of the fuel tanks that are located in the right and left side nitches of the plane. There is one on the right and one on the lefts as with the fuel tanks.
Let me know if you have more question.

Vincent,
Yes, beside the 2 existing color schemes, we do have white one for your own color scheme. We do also provide custom paint service for very reasonable price. Personally, I like the earlier version of light gray military color scheme. We might paint one for demo.
Chris,
We would like to inform that our F-35 is still in the designing stage. We've just finished the first draft of the design, and is ready for a mold to be built for the first prototype.
We just wanted to let you know why patience is a virtue. During our production process, we make at least three different molds. The next mold is always an improvement from the one before. When testing the protoypes, we test the structure and the maneuverability of the prototypes. After testing what we think will be the ideal model, we send the prototype to be tested here in the United States and also in Europe. Once the models have passed all quality and standard tests, we then approve it for final production.
This is the reason why our planes are of the best quality. In order for us to provide our customers with the highest quality products, it takes us a little more time to get it perfect. We estimate the F-35c will be released to the public about the 2nd quarter of next year. It will be 1/7.5 th scale, and 81 inches in length and 55 inches wide.(estimate) We expect pricing to be somewhere between the F-15 and the F-18.
BTW, we are coming out with new information all the time. For all information on new and existing products, please visit our website which is updated frequently. We'd also like to include your ideas. If you have any ideas or suggestions on future projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Planking the 5'6" F-35. Functional flaps must be built for turbine powered model. Applied a layer of gel-coat on the wings to verify the smoothless of the surface.
Just curious how many of you are interested to buy an epoxy fuse 5'6" F-35 (requires an .91 D/F or 12lbs thrust turbine)? I would like to mold the model once it is airworthiness. But the factory here needs a minimum order of 20 units to get the thing done.

Chris,
The production of the F-35 has been delayed a bit do to our busy schedule doing final preparations on F-18 and Gripen. We are also in the process of moving to a new facility which has more space and will be better for production. We know things are moving a little slower on the F-35 but will will soon be on track. I really think this plane will be awesome. I've already checked on the wood prototype and can't wait to test fly this one soon. Check the attached pic and compare this one with the size of the our current F-18 (about 90" length)

I'm curious about your documentation, too. And on what you're actually modeling. Please don't tell me you're using the 1/72nd scale Italeri kit!
Your plug looks like an X-35, but you keep saying F-35 in your post. Which one is it? Are you doing the A/B version, or the C version? The fuselages on the X-35A/B and C were identical, so with a little creativity you could offer both versions, if you had the desire.
[link=http://www.lmaeronautics.com/gallery/products/combat_air/x35/x35a/index.html]The LM Aero X-35A Photo Gallery[/link] has enough photos to help you make an accurate model, but by now I'm sure you've already downloaded all the high-res versions of these images.
I'm really looking forward to this kit!
