The lower pic would be correct though i am not sure why you have two different measurements (80 vs. 110 mm).
Whatever the manual specifies, that's the one to go by...
Usually the designers of a plane know a lot more then we do and have a reason to spec it at a specific location.
However, once you put some flight time on the plane, you may want to move it to to better suite your flying style.
As the saying goes, a nose heavy plane will fly again while a tail heavy plane will only fly once (or something like that).
