The stories are great and I'm getting some good information as to how to handle a beer can in one hand and an exacto in the other....but I feel I did not explain the problem clear enough for everyone to understand the situation. So hare are a couple more pictures that I think will help. the box is not glued in yet as it needs to be free to move for and aft depending on the powerplant used so the cowl can be positioned properly in relation to the spinner. if you notice the ink line on the front former you will see where the hole should be, but it is obviously upside down. so after studying this for a while I've decided to make another former just like the one in place now, then cut the existing hole up to the ink line, then put the new former in place and reinserting the box in it's proper position. This should work. Check it out and give thoughts.
