I also have one, sail by my self, all the guys seem to sail in the middle of the week while Im at work.
the keel is filled with led shot and smaller bird shot steel to fill in the smaller holes, I have not weighed it. only occasionally do I forget and sheet out the sails when not under a load and have the lines come off the pullys.
I would absolutely buy one again
