You can use another track pin to knock an old one out. Also body mount pins for r/c trucks/buggy's can be used. Couple taps with a hammer or back side of screwdriver should get it out. Sure lots of people use different methods. I use needle nose pliers to seat the knurled end of the pin back in. One nose on the pin end and one nose on the track.
