With the American distributor going out of business, where can I send this board to be replaced?
This is Jerry, send me your old board. I'll replace it with another new one. This is the first
instance I've experienced of two bad boards serially ending up with the same customer, I would not have expected that. Both boards I sent you were factory new exactly the way I received them. I may be stopping my business but I'll not ignore this.
