What are the sprockets made of? Will a magnet stick to them? If you don't get any relief anywhere else I could probably straighten the sprocket with a press and then dust each face in a rotary surface grinder, but it will be a lot easier if the parts are magnetic and not aluminum or something. It can still be done if it's aluminum, I'd just have to make a fixture to hold them for grinding. And don't worry about reducing the thickness, I think I can straighten them enough that I'd only have to take about .020 off each side. So keep that in mind if you can't find replacement parts, Mike.
