Yes, take the wheels apart and see if the surface is greased.

It has a electronic Evojet valve. I have it on a switch. It go's from pulsating to 100% with a delay of 1,5 seconds.
I'm happy I asked, so it is not normal behavior. I will check the o-rings and clean them. I guess no lub is required. ;-)
