Nobody has ever seen the Mephisto fly, furthermore I am pretty sure it is not a "real" 3D jet. The question of course is what you think a 3D jet actually is. If 3D'ing to you means being able to do a flat spin, a flip or a high alpha fly-by, most sport jets with a retro fitted thrust vector will be able to do that. Real 3D maneuvers like hovering, torque-rolling or very very slow & low maneuvers can only be accomplished with a plane has the proper thrust to weight ratio. Although the Avanti S (the non fiber glass version) has that, it is a handful to handle and delta wings are far easier to 3D. Therefore if you are into "real" 3D, the best options are the Comp-ARF J10 (the best bang for the buck at the moment that will be happy with a 180 size motor), the brand new & revised Comp ARF Europort Ultimate and the Aviation Jets Rafale (that one being bigger and heavier needs at least a single 250 or twin 140's or even better twin 160's).
