The setup can pretty much be how you want. I have mine (.60 ultra stick) setup for outboards as ailerons, inboards as flaps. My JR 652 doesn't let me double the flaps as ailerons AND use the crow (it's an either or situation)--which I chose to do. The plane rolls sufficiently (for me) with just two ailerons. I set my flaps at about 45º and it puts its nose in the air when they are turned on, and takes a LOT of down elevator for level flight. I have thought of mixing them, but the amount of elevator changes in relation to the speed so I haven't done that yet. If goes nose up with the crow also, so I am thinking about reducing the flaps to the same angle as the ailerons (in the crow position), but I want to wait until a really windy day to see if it will fly backwards.
