Thanks Xairflyer, it seems to be crucial to get the FESTO tubing to be cut straight.
I haven't been getting hot starts either so I wouldn't make much sense if it was ECU related also saves my wallet from taking another pounding.
I found this thread with someone explaining a similar problem with his Wren, seems like it sorted itself out for him (
