Last weekend was foam cutting time. These are Alchemy wings which will be fitted to an Allure builders kit.
We cut the templates out of formica on my CNC router. The actual foam cutter is a feathercut style unit.

We also made a fixture for boring the socket, extension and anti rotation pin holes accurately.
