And left and right ailerons are usually off the same channel with a y-cable. You just place the servo arms so they are on opposite sides of the servo.
Note that the ESC often has a BEC and the power lead in the servo connector has that voltage on it. Be careful - you may need to cut that power lead (red wire) between the ESC and the receiver.
