Like he said - you also have to start by getting the USABLE fuel volume right, try to bench test with the same fuel tank setup as you will have in your jet. To get the usable fuel volume, fill the tanks, then pump out as much fuel as you can and measure the volume. Then I suggest you start with a pump factor of 290. My 140's are around 250 and my 180's are around 340. Normally I find that I can get within 50ml of exactly the usable fuel volume remaining after 3 flights.
