All the "novelty" functions to me are just that. More for motorized models than battling r/c tanks. Both have thier place, I just don't need my driver's visor to go up and down or my hull MG to rake or control my volume/smoker via TX. All things to get in the way in my lower/upper hull when I need to do quick maintenance at a battle weekend. As for some of the other "battling" functions other boards have yea their cool, but unless everyone has the same board doing the same "ammo" what's the point. Same with the hidden IR receiver bundles.
