You are too lean.I have a 180 and three 210s.Great motors.Get someone to hold the motor vertical then richen till it starts to sag[lose rpm's].there is a notch on the barrel of the idle adjustment and on the top of the casting.That is where the idle should be,maybe a little [1/16 th inch].
