What ECU do you have? If the PW is at 1000 plus it sounds like something is not right. Perhaps try another pump. The JJ ecu does not allow you to change the pw limit where as other ecus do. You also might want to try another pump just to rule things out. How does the engine run at 75K. rich, clean, flames? This is ~70% % of max.
