Yes, I'm using this setup on Jeti, works fine. Route the power (positive wire) for the FC-1 through one of these: Turnigy Receiver Controlled On/Off Switch and use a spring loaded switch on the transmitter to momentarily interrupt power to the FC1. By the way, this also works fine using Futaba.
