Well that was a scary 24 hours - my hard disk pooped itself and refused to boot
$20 later after a purchase and download of EasyRecovery and I'm back in buisnes... Firefox does seem to have eaten all of my browser settings, stored passwords etc in the meantime, tho...

Anyway, I've recut the Gcode for the weld cylinders, with a lower resolution (i.e. larger layer height) I've gotten the print time down to an hour. More pictures to follow later tonight.
