Tray for me. I use a home made one which is ultra light weight and very un-bulky. I can use F+TH w/o a tray but it aint as nice. i use full length sticks.

Im planning to make a new one as mine is broken and i cant be bothered to fix it. i trid a bit of carbon tows on it but it wont hold[]
