Good point. The 90* bend was just to see if I could do it, on my brake, and to see how the bend looked. It wasn’t a proper bend. My bending form is 3t for 1/8” stock. I’m just going max 45* so I should be good. All my practice bends look good.

Bend radius is very important for a good bend. Thanks for bringing it up.
