but most time on the first flights you will find out that H is to rich. the engine sounds good on ground (about 5000rpm) but is too rich at 6000+. so you will Need 3-4 flight to set it up perfect.
to see if all Zylinders are adjustet the same, check the dirt in the exhaustpipes with you fingers and compare.

Hello Tom, I had a maiden flight with my Carf Spitfire this week with Kolm 150-3 cylinders, and I had the same problem above ,the H( High) was too rich when I took off.. I didnt understand when you said to check the dirt in the exhaustpipes with fingers and compare. Does it means lets supose, I will lean the center cylinder High needle and keep the Front and Rear cylinder in the same way ?
