BTW, last I knew (18 mo ago) the Commissary saved you about 6%. But most of the savings were in the odd or unusual products. Doing comparative shopping with the economy would save even more. Depended too on what state you were in. Gas would run anywhere from a couple of cents per gal more to 10 cents less. Just depends on when you hit the pumps. I was 5 miles from the Fort Gas Station and rarely used it.
