BTW, I’ve offered more than once to come visit and do assessment of their organization - I do business performance improvement for a living. I offered to do it pro bono, just pay travel. Heard nothing but crickets in response.
Now there's your mistake. The way they like to spend our money, you should have made a demand of a six figure consulting fee. lol
