in reply to has anyone had experience with the irvine 72, yes. this engine is a little heavy but extremely well made quantum has them for about 154 dollars I think and worth every penny. idles like a watch. runs excellent on low nitro. has great torque for those big props, and is just overall a really high quality engine. chrome cylinder too.
