Battery installation for balance

Assembled

Added EC3 connectors for the retract battery
For balance using the Pilot supplied balance rig, I ended up locating the 4000mah LiFe Turbine battery, two 2000mah LiFe Rx batteries and the one 1000 LiPo retract battery in the nose. I had not filled the UAT so I put a 3300mah LiFe battery on top. It balances slightly tail heavy. If I put 3oz of lead next to the Rx, it is perfectly neutral. I do a final balance check with the UAT full and a 1/2" of fuel in the main tank. I can move any battery for balance correction. Quality of the paint and finish was outstanding. No flaws what so ever. I am pleased. Now just need good weather for the maiden. Final weight 28# -10oz.
