Not heard anything about a company making them, but there's a guy in Southern California that scratch built a HUGE one out of foam and brings it to the St George, UT flyins.

There are other pictures in that thread of this model and another video where the battery pack fell out of it and he got it back on the ground with virtually no damage. Great piece of flying.
