Cool article. I'm new to the turbine scene ( I don't even own own yet), but the wife gave the go ahead to save up for one. The wren mw 44 looks perfect for my application. I was not aware that there is a production model turbine that small! My plans are to put it in a DJ-3, modified for the engine and fiberglassed. I have a lot of experience with RC planes and a small amount of skills with helicopters, I consider myself a fairly competent pilot. Do any of you have words of wisdom in regards to making the transition from prop to turbine? I would appreciate any advice.
